Haus Laux is an Indianapolis-based design studio working with small businesses, makers, and creative people who need another creative person in their corner. We partner with clients who care deeply about what they’re making and want it to look as good as it feels. This studio exists because we believe creative work deserves to be taken seriously, especially at the small-business level. Haus Laux was built to give that work a strong visual voice, whether it’s a single piece or an entire brand system.

Our work began in theatre, designing for companies where storytelling, tone, and presence matter. That foundation still shapes how we approach design today. We think in narratives. We care about pacing, composition, and how design lands with an audience. Design, to us, isn’t decoration. It’s part of the experience.

We believe good design should be stylish. It should be smart, considered, and intentional. We’re not interested in empty noise or trends for the sake of trends. We care more about making a good product than chasing approval. Good design lives at the intersection of what a client wants, what’s marketable, and what’s genuinely exciting to look at. Art is art. It should feel a little electric.
